#Avero: The Leading Hospitality Industry Software signs #Jitterbit @chikpea_inc

About:  The Leading Hospitality Industry Software

Our cloud-based, SaaS analytics platform is designed specifically for the hospitality industry. We take mass amounts of data and turn it in to insights that lead to more profitable business decisions within a single outlet and across multiple locations.

Annually, Avero processes close to $16B in F&B revenue – nearly 370 Million checks through our hospitality industry software platform, so we are experts in managing data and restaurant data mining. Our software solutions take the complexity out of the overwhelming mounds of restaurant data by centralizing it, standardizing it and then mining it to find answers that are clear, simple and actionable. And we provide our industry leading hospitality software on the web and mobile devices so restauranteurs can access key insights wherever they are.

End Points:  SFDC <— —>NetSuite; Professional Services by Jitterbit

Use Case:  Closed loop sales order fulfillment processes for Avero, LLC software products.  Other processes to follow after this main process defined tested & deployed. This process breaks down into more than 10 integrated operations.

Competition:  Celigo, Custom Code

Story/Challenges: This has not been our typical partner led velocity sales process, but we sure do have a dedicated partner within Chikpea, specifically Adam Kleinberg. He supported our pricing and stood behind our services offering in light of the fact that Celigo was a fraction of our overall pricing.  The customer took quite a bit of coaching with his executive management to get Jitterbit approved over Celigo…

Special Thanks:

  • Thanks to Sarah Jardin for piping this opportunity and for her management of the ChikPea / Jitterbit relationship.
  • Thanks to Adam Kleinberg of ChikPea for all of his recommendations.
  • Thanks to George for his approval on the deal T’s & C’s
  • Thanks to Damon for his creative pricing approach to Jitterbit Professional Services.

Thanks again to all involved!
